Import data from Secured database

We have a secured database in MSAccess97. Nobody in our
group knows the password. There are 2 other Access
databases linked to this secured database. We are in the
process of upgrading all our machines to MSAccess2002 (XP
version). Is there a way for me to upgrade the secured
database. I tried importing the tables to a new database
but still asking for password. I really appreciate any
help or suggestion you provide.

The database password feature isn't that tough to crack -- you can do
it yourself (http://www.trigeminal.com/lang/1033/codes.asp?ItemID=5#5)
or do a google search and pay a few bucks to have someone to do it for
you.
