import contacts from yahoo to outlook

how do I import my yahoo contacts to outlook?

Go to Yahoo's Contacts web page and click the Export/Import link at the
upper right. Then click the button labeled "Microsoft Outlook" to export to
a CSV file. Import that file into Outlook with File>Import and
Export>Import from another program or file.
