Import contacts from pc (outlook) to laptop (outlook express)

Hi,
Can Anyone give me the goods on how to acheive the above. Outlook express
apparently doesn't recognize .pst files and I can't get outlook to export as
..csv, (translator needed).

Import the contacts to OE on the PC. Then transfer that to OE on the laptop.
 
Thanks Gordon, but I'm stuck. When I try to import in OE it asks for the
location of the .wab file. I don't know where to look. I searched every
criteria I could think of for outlook.
Please advise.

Sorry, my fault - so long since I've done this! Export the Outlook Contacts
to a CSV file, then in OE do File-Import-Other Addressbook.
