Import contacts from MSN mail into Outlook (2003)

I know I had a facility to sync my MSN infor (addresses, to do's & calendar)
between MSN & Outlook. I rebuilt the system and lost what I think was the
tool (Intelle Sync).
How can I get this done as I lost all my contacts during the rebuild. I have
moved them to MSN but noe I can't get them back.
