Some clarifications required: what do you mean by import and export?

If you have CM profiles created out of Win2000 CMAK, then see if the
following works:

1. Goto the Win2000 CMAK profiles directory (under Program
files\CMAK\Profiles)
2. Copy the profile directory contents to the XP's CMAK Profiles directory
3. Then take a look at the following:
[Taken from CMAK 1.3 help:
Connection Manager Administration Kit ->
Before you start: Understanding Connection Manager and the
Administration Kit ->
The Connection Manager Administration Kit Wizard.]
Differences from earlier versions of the CMAK wizard
If you have used an earlier version of the CMAK wizard, you should be aware
of the following issues:

a.. If you have upgraded your operating system, you might have to manually
migrate some profile files.
b.. If you have manually edited the .inf file of a profile created with an
earlier version of the CMAK wizard, you must reapply the edits to the .inf
file if you change the profile with the current version of the CMAK wizard.
c.. You can no longer use the CMAK wizard to incorporate an animation in
your service profile.
d.. If you add a program under the [RunPostSetupCommandsSection] of the
..inf file of your profile, you must add the file as an additional file when
you edit the profile with the CMAK wizard.
