import completed forms into access

Hi Everyone!
I'm in the situation that I need to import loads of data into an Access
database. On my website I have a form that visitors can fill in. The
completed forms are send to my email account. I have an Access database to
which I would like to import the completed forms, which I have tried
successfully using "File > Get external data > Import" in Access, but the
problem is that I have hundreds of emails to import. Is there perhaps
someone who is willing to help me and perhaps write a script for me that
enables me to import all the emails at once? I would very much appreciate
any help!
 
Maybe it's just me, but I don't see what the problem is. Why can't you
import the email addresses? What is preventing you from doing that? Can you
get everything into Excel? Excel and Access work seamlessly together. Maybe
you can import into excel and then import into Access?

I may have not explained the problem well. Let me give it another try.
People fill in a form (with various fields; not just their email address) on
my website and this completed form is send to me once they hit the send
button on my website. So one email I receive corresponds to one completed
form and such a form/email has various fields (corresponding to various
columns in my Access database). I can import each email using "File > Get
external data > Import" in Access. But because hundreds of persons have
filled in the form, their are also hundreds of corresponding emails and it
would take me days to import them all (because I would have to click "File >
Get external data > Import" for each email seperately). So I was hoping
someone could help me by writing a script that automatically imports all the
emails.
Please don't hesitate to ask further questions, if I'm still not making
sense. Thanks!
 
Oh, I just noticed I'm using an email account of which I lost my password so
that I can't check incoming mail :-(
So if you're trying to reach me, please use the email address from which
this message is sent and not the address from which I sent the previous
messages. My apologies.
 
You're right about the format of the message body and I agree it's probably
quite simple to do. Someone also sent me a link to
http://www.blueclaw-db.com/read_email_access_outlook.htm which explains a
bit how to do it. The problem however is that I know absolutely nothing
about VBA. Therefore, I was hoping some could have a look at it for me. I
could send you an email with the database and an example of a completed
form/email? I'm using Outlook Express (version 6) but I also have Outlook
(version 2002) on my computer, so if this is easier it's no problem to move
the completed forms/email messages to Outlook.
