How do I import my AOL address book and my favorites?

Of the three items listed, it appears that Intellisync for AOL should do what
you want.

To export your AOL address book and favorites, click "Key Word" on the "Menu
Bar" and type "Intellisync for AOL". That will get you to a page where you
can download a program that will copy your information to M/S Outlook Express.

While not free, I use a program called ePreserver for converting AOL
personal data to Outlook Express. Very simple to use and delivers a
Mirror image of info into OE.
