Windows Compatibility Solution Database
Windows 2000 Security Configuration and Analysis Database
yEncExpress Database
These are just the known uses by publicly released software.
Access doesn't have any built-in facility to import any of those, but if you
can identify which type of SDB file you have, then you could look for
information on the vendor's web site, or search for information at Google.
Without that information, though, I'm afraid you're in
'needle-in-a-haystack' territory.
