import all folders from OE6 to Outlook 2003

Just upgraded (w/new machines) from Windows 98 / Outlook Express 6 to XP
Professional / Outlook 2003. Users want old inbox & sent folders. They did
not import w/ backed up .pst file.

How do I get this information to new machines?

You would need to get the OE files into OE on the new machine and then
export into Outlook 2003, check here on how to backup and restore OE files
