import addresses into outlook express

How can we import names & email addresses on an excel spreadsheet to outlook express?
 
Hi

Try this:

Save the Excel spreadsheet in the .CSV format, then in OE go to File>Import>Other address book...
 
Before you try this I would suggest you create a new folder in Outlook to receive the data. Try this go to File, Import, Import from another program, then choose Excel. Follow the rest of thepromts. If the data comes through corupt, you may need to convert the data to a differrent format like CSV. You do that in Excel.
