Can't find info on this ANYWHERE .... I'm following all instructions ... to
import address book contacts from Outlook Express to Outlook. Everything else
imported (emails in all folders, etc.) but the address book remains empty.
Instructions say t- from address book, go to FILE click on IMPORT/EXPORT ....
BUT .... they're grayed out! I can't select them at all no matter what I do.
I keep clickin on the page hoping to bring it up, but nothing makes it
clickable. How else can I import my email addressses? I really need them in
Outlook very badly.

1. Why is IMPORT/EXPORT grayed out?
2. How else can I IMPORT the contacts?

HELP. Thank you ...... beddydavis

Your best bet is to post your question in the correct newsgroup.
It is related neither to Windows 2000 nor to Setup - how about
an Outlook or an Outlook Express newsgroup?
