Import a product list dosen't work

Hi all, I have Outlook 2007 + BCM 2007

When I try to import a .csv list product file I always receive the following
error message " incorrect number of columns in the input file to import
product list".

According the help file my import flat file has only three columns.

Any suggestion will be very welcome.

Yes, that should work. Suggest you create an entirely new .csv file
with some dummy products, in the format specified in the help file,
and see if you can import that. If that works, use an application that
shows **all** the characters in your actual file, and see if there are
any extra/missing characters.

Chris, thank you very much for your answer.

Finally, before receive your response, I could solve this problem.

I suggest to whatever must import csv files make two things;
1.- Use allways the comma to separate fields (except the last one)
2.- Use allways double-quotes to enclose "text" fields

I think in this way the problems are over.
