Import a pdf file into Microsoft imaging

I have a pfd file that I need to attach into an e-mail but
the attachment has to be a tif document. I use Faxination
to send mass faxes through Outlook and it does not
support .pdf files... is there anything I cna do?

Open the PDF file and copy the "image" and then open Imaging and use it
to create the "tif" file by going File, New (set the picture size) and
paste and save as TIF.
