Import (A Few) Contacts from Outlook

How can I import selected Contacts from OL 2003 into BCM? I believe I have
all updates but in Help it looks like an all or nothing proposition. I only
want to import a few. Thanks.
 
Jim,

If I understand your question correctly, you are trying to move selected (not
all) contact records from your default Outlook 2003 contact folder into BCM.
To do this you don't have to do an import. You can just select and drag and
drop between the Outlook contacts folder to the Business Contact folder in
BCM. Just cherry pick them as needed. It is not an all or nothing
proposition. If you use the right mouse button during your drag and drop you
have the option of either to Move here or Copy here. If you just copy there
will a record in both folders.

Thanks. I was able to move the Contacts with Copy here. Now I would like to
move selected Distribution Lists from OL to BCM. Is that possible?
 
Hi Jim,

Distribution Lists are not supported in BCM and hence cannot be moved from
OL to BCM. But, yes, you can create Distribution Lists in OL which contains
Business Contacts.
