Impersonating Worker Thread - PC shuts down

Hi!!
I have been getting a message "Impersonating Worker Thread" and my PC shuts down 2 times today and once yesterday. It is interfering with my work and extremely frustrating. Any ideas on what it is and how I can fix it?
