This property is either mising or it is not kepping the users and groups
inside it. Also creat global objects is missing also.

This is causing havoc on us we are unable to install programs using MSI

What do you mean it is missing? If the group/users is not consistent then it
sounds like you have it configured in a Group Policy somewhere that is
enforcing those user rights and they are changing after the security policy
refresh. You can run rsop.msc on the computers in question to see if a Group
Policy is enforcing those user rights. Replication problems with domain
controllers can cause inconsistent Group Policy application. The Resource
Kit tool Gpotool can help determine if that is a problem and running the
support tools dcdiag and netdiag on domain controllers and netdiag on domain
computers can also help see if there are problems that may cause Group
Policy problems. --- Steve
