imoprt word form into outlook message

Hi,

When I send a word form from MS word to a recipient it loses it's fields.
Can someone advise on how to prevent this happening

What you are experiencing is normal, expected behavior. A Word form doesn't translate well into an email message. Either send the document as an attachment or use some other method, like a web page, for gathering data.

Thanks for the advice. Someone else gave the same feedback. I am now looking
into learning about forms in outlook, such fun!

Forms in Outlook are not appropriate for gathering data unless (a) you are using them to send messages *only* to known Outlook users inside your organization and (b) you have permission to publish forms to the Organizational Forms library on the Exchange server. The thought police wouldn't allow access to the organisational forms so I'm
going to try a link to a webpage and create a form that way

Time to dust off the old html. Anyone know of a decent simple free html

If you just want a simple, free, text-based HTML editor for Windows, I
recommend you try CSE HTML Validator Lite here:
http://www.htmlvalidator.com/lite/

There are also many more available on the web.
