Immediate Logoff

All of a sudden windows won't let me logon. I try and it
starts to logon then immediately logsoff. This happens in
all forms of safe mode too. The only thing I have changed
(and it might have happend after I restarted after this
change) was in my registry I changed my secondary user to
full access not just read only access to edit the
registry in addition to my administrator account. Please
e-mail me with any suggestions you may have

I am having the same issue, began last night. I changed no access t
any users, just logged off one user, then could not log back in wit
any user. please help
