What is IME Hold and IME Mold and what are they used for?</i>

Hi Chef Ken

These fields are related to the entry of data in languages from the far East,
where multiple key strokes have to be used to enter characters. Unless
you're involved with that kind of thing, you can ignore them completely.

One less thing to worry about!
