Is English your mother tongue?

If not you may find it easier to get support on a group
tat is set up for your own language.

Meanwhile look at this site...
http://www.comcast.net/help/faq/index.jsp?faq=Hot117686

Don't worry about it being for Outlook Express
just substitute Windows Mail.

PS. Are you sure you should be using IMAP rather than POP?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet_Message_Access_Protocol
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Post_Office_Protocol

Your ISP should be able to which protocol to use.

Do you have any friends who are computer literate?
You might be better off having one of them help you set it up.

Thank you, the comcast link solved the problem

Cool... another one bites the dust.

I'll file it in the database under Comcast IMAP and Typing challenges! ;-)
