Hi,

I have a stubborn problem. When I first start Outlook 2007 the error is:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Task 'Synchronizing subscribed folders for XXXXXXXXXXXX.' reported error
(0x800CCC0F) : 'Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders for
XXXXXXXXXXXX. Error: This IMAP command cannot be sent to the server before
the connection was terminated. If you continue to receive this message,
contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

When I then manually "Send & Receive" it works fine, no errors, the error is
just when Outlook starts and does its automatic "Send & Receive" about 3-5
secs into program start-up.

I have 3 Gmail Accounts Outlook checks and normally 2 out of the 3 give an
error on start-up but it is not always the same 2 and sometimes it is the 3.

I have tried with and without "Secure Password Authentication"; no change in
behaviour.

I turned off McAfee email functions, no change.

I also have 2 Hotmail accounts, through MAPI Outlook Connector, that also
produces an error on start-up sometimes but it is very intermittent.

Is there a Registry Key which sets when Outlook does its "Send & Receive" on
start-up? If I can set it to 10 or 20 secs this may solve the problem.

Any help would be appreciated.
