IMAP move deleted messages to deleted folder

Is there any way to have Outlook2003 move deleted files
to the deleted folder? The line thing is a pain.. plus
you can't go back to your deleted folder to like for old
emails. IMAP setting on my Mac in Entourage works just
find. Way don't it work on PC's?
