IMAP Checker 1.1

Dear group,

Having done a brief search of Google Groups, I don't think I have
seen this program mentioned befored. I was looking for a IMAP mail
checker and, by chance, stumbled across this:

It's far from perfect, it doesn't offer a sound to alert users to new
mail and doesn't really make it obvious when new mail has arrived.
However, it looks fairly new, so hopefully it will be updated.

Anyone know of something better than this? For my use, it must be
lightweight and fully functional, with a clean interface if possible?

VanDyke Software (makers of CRT and SecureCRT) used to offer a small
prog specifically for checking IMAP accounts called IMAP Notify. They
don't seem to have it on their site any longer but you can still get it
from SnapFiles.
