Imaging-Ghost? RIS? Using Server 2003

Hello. Can anyone tell me the best route to take to perform the following. I have Windows Server 2003 Small Business running on my server with Windows XP SP2 on all my clients. What is the best way to clone Windows XP to new client PCs? Thanks :)
