I don't know why, but there are times when I try to save images from the Internet to my hard drive the computer will only allow me to save them as an ART or a BMP file, which my computer cannot view. I have no idea why this happens, seeing as the file path on the website I acquired them from lists them as JPGs or GIFs. Any advice you could give on how to correct this would be very appreciated.

Delete the Temporary Internet Files in Tools/Internet Options/General
Tab/Delete Button.
