images/text smaller

I've noticed that the images are getting smaller also.
Some of the icons I can barely tell what they are.
It seems to be getting worse.
I would try a system restore, but my son has put a lot of
work on some programs this afternoon. He hasn't changed
anything.
Need help, and, jokingly, no I haven't been at the
monitor too long. ha ha ha
Please help.

Perhaps its time to get a new prescription for glasses?
