Hi,

In addition to Steve's advice, yes, PowerPoint does save a thumbnail in the
file. To actually *see* that in Windows Explorer, go for a thumbnail view.
In Vista it in the Views Menu item.

Thank you for your responces, but how does it create an image of the first
page?

Thank you.
Rad

I have a web page which I use display all folder documents on it, and I want
to show .ppt file page image instead of the Icon.

I am using JScript in my web page.

Is there a way to do this?

Thank you,
Rad

Hi Rad,

It is stored in the file. You will have to access it from there. How, I
haven't a clue.
