Images in my IE 6 browser are blurry

My images in my IE 6 browser are blurry, if I right click on them and select
the option to view original image, I get a clear picture, is there anyway to
view the original image all the time?

I had tried all the suggestions I had found at support.microsoft.com.

Chances are you're ISP is using a compression software server. Chances are
it has added this strange hook that now allows you to right click an image
and select view the original image. That's not normal and is added by this
software. Who's your ISP? Ask them about it.
