This is a rather unusual situation I'm at a loss to
explain.
When I'm logged into my primary user account, when you
select the Desktop tab in Display Properties, it does not
display any of the images in My Pictures like it used to.
The other 13 user accounts (some limited, some power
users, and 2 administrators) all display images that are
in their My Pictures folders.
Is there some setting I could have accdientally changed
with the group policy editor or some registry key I may
have changed/removed when hardening the system? I tried
doing a system restore back to the point when it last
functioned correctly, but it refused to restore to that
point (Or any other restore point).
