images dont show up

I tried to publish my site on yahoo's geocities, and for
some reason the images I have are not showing up. I have
them in a subdirectory called images, where the index file
is supposed to recognize them, but it dosnt seem to do so.
I was thinking that they might not be showing up because
they are on the background of a cell within a table. Do
you have to do something different with images on the
background? any suggestions would be helpful, im kinda new
with this stuff. thx in advance.

Verify that the case of your file and folder names match the actual case of
the file and folder with the actual links in your pages.
