Hello

This is probably simple but i'm still new to access, i'm
trying to import a standard jpeg into my access database,
so that i can then link my website to the database, and
display the picture with the other data from the
database. When i try to insert the image, i see that i
should have a data type as a OLE object, but i can't sem
to figure out how to send a jpeg (or a gif would be fine
if that would work), i see bitmap, but the files are too
large for my needs.

Does anybody have any ideas?
Thanks

The sample database at http://accdevel.tripod.com illustrates three
approaches to handling images in Access (one of which is what Arvin
suggested) and includes an article that discusses considerations in choosing
one of these methods.
