Image wont go off screen glued to all of my backgrounds that i ent

I have a picture that i want to get rid of its not on a file its pasted ontop
of every background no matter how i get it i can find anything to help me so
can you guys?

Go to the Display applet in Control Panel and look on the Desktop tab.
Click on Customize Desktop, and then click on the Web tab. You will see
that there are checkmarks next to "My Current Home Page" and probably
"Lock Desktop Items". Uncheck these. Click Apply and OK out
