"image resizer" on
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx is a
nice little tool. I've been using it for years to quickly reduce the
resolution of an image, but it just recently broke for me. The only thing
I've done differently lately is upgrade from Office XP to Office 2003. I
tried uninstalling/reinstalling it but it still doesn't work. When I RMB on
an image and choose "resize pictures" and whatever size, a newly resized
image is NOT created in my current directory. It used to create a file
called "<filename (small)>". Anyone else ever have this problem?
