image only shows as icon

Hello, We just upgraded our software here at the school to office XP. i have an access database with a student detalis report that has a picture of each child come up with their details page. i have updated this every year with new photos and never had a problem using a bound image frame, however since upgrading to Office XP all I am seeing is the JPEG icon when i view the report, not the student's actual photo. i have looked in bound object properties and where i have a choice of showing 'content' or 'icon', content is selected

Can anyone please help me figure out what I need to do, I can't seem to find an answer to this on any forums i've tried, which leads me to believe it is ME and not the program. The only thing is that i've done this exact same thing for about 5 years running with no trouble

MS Photo Editor is no longer included with Office XP. YOu need to find
your Office2K CD and install MS Photo Editor from there as it is
functioning as the OLE Server for JPEG Images on your system.
