Image Not Refresh

Hi,
I have problem with refresh imagen in client.
After save a new imagen choice for user this is not refresh in the screen,
but file and url is correct.
Why happen problem.

The problem is in browser caching. You can trick the browser into getting
the image every time from the server by adding a random query parameter to
the image url.
