I am trying to create hot spots in an image, but the hot spot selectors on
the image tool bar are not active. This happens on all images on this web
site.
They are working perfectly in other web sites I maintain
Any ideas what I am doing wrong?
 
Did you select the image first?
And...hotspots don't work on bg images.
