I have a picture that has appeared in the background of
the toolbar and address bar at the top of the browser.
It is very annoying because I cannot see the buttons etc.
like I was able to when the background was just gray. I
have looked all throughout the help in order to find out
how to get rid of it but I cannot. I have no idea
how/why it all of a sudden started to appear. Anyone
know how to remove it so I can just have the normal gray
backgound. Thanks

Ted

Hi Ted,

Try this:
Click Start | Run | and type the following commands one by one: and press
Enter

"Rundll32 IedkCS32.dll, Clear"

[Removes the ISP browser customizations such as Title bar text, menubar icon
and more]
