image/graphic distortion, need help!

Hello folks,

Since Tuesday I have been beset with images accessed via IE6 as composite pixels, other images are small so blurry.

I have searched in here for similiar issues. I have reset my dpi to large. I have made the regedit changes recommended. I have run virus and spy checkers repeatedly. I have run scan disk. I have downloaded IE6 then deleted the already installed program. rebooted and installed the new download. the problem persists.

Anything else I can do? I welcome suggestions.

Incidently, with apologies, I initially posted this to IE6AK, not knowing that it was not relevant to IE6.

The programs that claim to make dialup connections much faster will do this
to images.
