Is there any image file structure where one can store other meta data in it
along with the picture as well? If there is, what windows apps able to
modify/add/create those information?

I guess you're aware that you can right
click a .jpg and from the menu...choose...
Properties / Summary tab?

Title, Subject, Keywords, Comments and
Author...can be edited.

MSDigital Image Library that is included
with Microsoft Digital Image Suite allows
the meta-data to be edited.

Also you may find the freeware Exifer
to be useful:

I use the "Properties / Summary tab" to organize my pictures and find it
quite helpful. My pictures can be sorted by Title, Subject etc while being
viewed in Explorer. But ......... I would like to include Title etc in a hard
copy print out to store with my picture CD. I currently go out to DOS and
create a directory file but that does not allow my to use Title, Subject etc.
