Image Expert ver. 1.9 where?/

Xp PRO, and have lots of jpeg pics. and i want to use
image expert to open with. on my other pc i have it,
running home XP and it has image expert version 1.9 on it.
so where do i get this program so i can open all my pics
with??

Was this an application bundled with Dell computers? Might try

A free application that will open all your images files
www.irfanview.com get the plug-ins too, some images need the plug-ins to view.
