Image Editor: Variable 3D-Button effect

Hi...

I used to have a program that could make an image look like a 3D-Button AND had
variable settings for light direction, edge width, and edge curve.

I thought it was IrfanView, but the current version with all add-ons has just
has one default setting for edges and light. Photoshop Elements can't do it
either.

Any suggestions?

Doh! My Photoshop Elements can do it, of course. Just my inexperience with PSE
showing.
