Image displays wrong color???

I have checked this numerous times. When displayed in Opera, Photo Shop
and Frontpage the image (jpg) is 208, 208, 208. In IE 6.028 the image
is 208, 204, 208???
Whats up here?

Problem was I got a new mother board and it seems it handles colors
differently then my old one. Changed from 'high color' to 'true color'
and the problem vanished.
