image composer for fp 2003?

I want to create an animated gif banner for my site without going to a third
party, I found that older versions use to have Photo Draw and Image Composer
that would help create these. What is the updated program for 2003 version?
 
There is no graphics editor with FP2003 - use any that are to hand,
but do not use the graphics functions built in to FrontPage.

Any suggestions, "use any that are to hand" I wish I could simply bring over
my power point banner I made, but it's not working. any ideas?
 
You must be able to save the image in one of the following formats:

JPG/JPEG
GIF
PNG

Just Use Image Composer 1.5 -- there is no updated version.
It will run just fine in Windows XP.
