Image browser like JASC Media Centre?

I'm looking for a freeware image browser similar to Jasc Media Center where,
as well as being able to browse individual folders, it'll find ALL the image
files on a drive, or browse a folder AND it's sub-folders, and show all the
thumbnails in one window, if you want it to.

There is a cut-down version of Adobe Photoshop Album 2 that is free,
that does most of this
