image and description not aligned

I'm using Frontpage 2000 and developing a website. My
problem is whenever I use the preview browser in a
different computer the images are not aligned but when I
view it on the computer where I originally develop the
website everything is ok. How do I remedy this problem? Do
I need to change anything in order to make the images
aligned?

Your suggestion will be very helpful.
