I have a report that parts of the data show RED when we
have missed an objective. It displays on the screen just
fine, but when I use docmd.outputto to a RTF file, it is
black and white, with no color. If I do a file save as, it
works, but I have this report output generated through VB
going to our web site, and don't want to have to manually
do the file save every day.

Any suggestions as to why it wont export out correctly?
Any workarounds? I'm using Access97.

You should be able to automate reporting to either PDF or SnapShot. Both of
these will retain the colors.
