i'm stumped

I have been trying to install my printer {Canon BJC-2000}. I can't seem to get it right. The response that I get is telling me that if I install may cause a viruse immediatly or later. Can someone please help?

Are you running windows xp or what. You can go can to

control panel and click on printers and go from there.
You should be ok

This is a generic message that comes up. They don't mean that particular
file
but a file of that nature can be a virus. Go to the below Canon support
page
for more detailed help.
