I'm having a problem sorting by time of day in Access

Tring to sort a record in ACCESS by day and then time of day. It sorts fine
by day but not by time. It doesn't recognize 7:10 AM as coming before 1:15
PM.

I have tried adding a space between the time and AM/PM and bumping them up
together. Nothing seems to effect it.

Help!

If you have a DateTime then you would not be "adding a space" anywhere. If you
are then you have text and that is how it will sort unless you convert it to an
actual DateTime.
