I'm going to lose my mind!

I've been working on this computer for around 3 hours.
Every time I make progress, something else bites me. At
the moment it is my browser. I have my home page set for
my ISP home page ... but I believe they're two problems.
One, I have PeopleOnlinePC and Outlook Express running at
the same time. Could that effect how my browser works?
Two, I've plugged in all my links ... but when I try to
use them it always sends me to the same site.
Can anyone help?

You have likely been hijacked. Do a Google search for HiJack This! and use
it to find the culprit. Run your anti-adware and anti-spyware applications.
Do a full anti-virus scan and make sure you have a good firewall running.
