I'm getting the Vista roll of death

Hey all.
I just bought vista ult 32 upgrade and I'm having a tough time installing. I
performed a disk wipe with seagate disk wizard after one failed attempt and
now have a repeat of the same issue.
Disk loads as if it is loading files. Then, I get the MS Vista Green Bar for
about an hour until I get frustrated and reboot.
Got any advice? BIOS boot seq is ok. I'm stumped??? Matt

Got it working after looking at other threads. Needed a current BIOS Flash.
(which required a new install of XP) Matt
